1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to WaveX Connect. By accessing, logging into, or using this corporate gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access the system.
These terms apply to all active personnel, administrators, project managers, supervisors, contractors, and interns of WaveX Connect Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated organizations.
2. User Conduct & Security Rules
To safeguard enterprise systems and confidential information, users must adhere to the following security regulations:
- Credence Confidentiality: Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their Employee ID and access keys. Sharing credentials or session tokens is strictly prohibited.
- Authorized Actions: Bypassing security checks, executing cross-site scripting (XSS), injecting SQL queries, or scanning terminal code triggers automatic system lockout and legal/disciplinary audits.
- Console Anti-Inspection: Standard browser developer tool overrides are active. Attempting to bypass console restrictions or scrap database elements violates corporate safety protocols.
3. Geofencing & Location Verification
WaveX Connect employs strict location-based boundary validation (geofencing):
- Attendance clock-ins, progress logs, task milestones, and cost claims must only be entered while physically present inside the designated worksite perimeters.
- Falsifying location lookups, spoofing GPS configurations, or using virtual private networks (VPNs) to override geolocations is a direct violation of system integrity and will result in instant account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, logic models, styling guides, graphics, portal assets, source code, and frameworks are the sole property of WaveX Connect Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations.
No user is permitted to extract, clone, distribute, reverse-engineer, or duplicate any system component or style library without explicit written authorization from the System Administrator.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WaveX Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime:
- We do not guarantee that access to the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from network anomalies.
- WaveX Connect Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of records, payroll delays, or task suspensions resulting from user-side connectivity drops, hardware failures, or security-enforced session timeout logs.
